Today I was able to attend my friends marriage and sealing a the Draper LDS Temple. It has been a while since I was able to partake of the special blessings found in the temple and if it had not been for beautiful Miss Maren I would still not know the peace that I have missed so much. I was planning on waiting to go back to the Temple once Jason and I can go together, but I could not wait. I have been trying to not pressure my husband into renewing his recommend because the Temple is a very personal thing and if he is not ready to go back that is his judgment call. After being able to feel the spirit so strongly again that all you can do is cry to let out every emotion that fills you from head to toe I realized that this is something that I need in my life. I will forever be grateful to my beautiful Miss Maren for giving me that gentle push by including and invitation to the temple ceremony, knowing that I did not have a current recommend, in her wedding announcement. I know that I can be with my family forever and I will not wait any longer to be able to make that possible.

Birthday Boy!!!
Mr. Corben-James turned 4 on July 24th. All He asked for was a scooter and fireworks. He told Grandma about the scooter so she took care of that and the fireworks were provided by Parks and Recreation. We went a watched G Force in the morning, he got his hair cut all spiky and we went to get his 4 year old pics taken. With that done he went swimming with Aunt Kate and Uncle John. Then off to Golden Coral for dinner, he kept changing his mind about what he wanted to eat so we gave him a little of everything. After dinner we went to grandma and grandpas for some firework fun and then cake!!! I love my big little man!!!
Abby 4 Months
So I am a slacker and this is my first "monthly" update on Abby...
We wet to see Dr. Allred today and Abby is 11lbs 7oz. Putting her in the 7%
Right about where I thought she was. She is 24 1/4 inches long, in the 46% and her head is 16.1 inch in the 48%. She is a Itty Bitty.
She grasps objects and tries to put them in her mouth. She rolls over from back to front and front to back. She has also started to roll to get to things she wants. She drools over real food and will be starting rice cereal. Bedtime is between 8 and 9 and she gets up to eat at about 4:30 and will go back to sleep until about 9. That is when she gets up and plays with Daddy. She has the cutest little giggle that surprises her when it comes out. She recognizes people that look familiar in pictures and smiles really big when she knows that person. Abby will sit up for Daddy, Aunty Cocoa and Grandma JoLyn, but NOT for Mommy. Her favorite color is red. Even when she is sick she still loves to smile and show off her dimple. Her comfort toy this month seems to be her monkey from Aunt Kate.

Abby's Blessing Portraits
Abby was blessed on Sunday. It was so nice. Jason was inspired to say some of the most beautiful things. Like how she does not need to worry and she can always turn to her parents for help. Also that she will enter the Temple with a worthy companion. It made me cry. Oh I love having the gospel in my life and being ale to raise a child in it also. I just hope she isn't like me and has to run off and do her own thing for a few years like I did, LOL. Here are some of the portraits we took this afternoon.
