I added the baby ticker to my blog and when we have the kids Morgan loves to see how much longer until her baby sister arrives. This past weekend I added more items to the registry it hit me that in 3 months this little sea monkey will be in my arms and not rolling around in my belly. It's crazy to think how much I disliked being pregnant in the first trimester and called Abby my little tumor. I was talking to some friends at work today and one said enjoy it while you can because it goes by way to fast when I was still in that "Grrr, will you just let me eat something and keep it down!" fights as the tumor grew. Now I want to have a little more time feeling her roll around and the tickle fights with Jason. Those golden moments right before I fall asleep as she wakes up and lets me know she is not comfortable the way I am positioned.
Now that I am counting down until the arrival I have hit the what is it that we are going to need right off and what can we wait to get until we are in a bigger place mode. My older sister is sending us the craddle that Grandpa La Belle bought for me to sleep in a few weeks before I was born and now I do not need to worry about a crib for a couple of months. My sister is also letting us borrow all of the clothes worn by Miss M. Now I am excited for that. Miss M has a wordrobe anyone would be jealous of. My oldest sister is giving us her car seat carrier with 2 bases. My mother is buying us a stroller. And Jasons parents are getting us the crib (when we are ready for one). I feel so lucky to have such an amazing family that is so excited for little Abby to join us that all I need to worry about are diapers and wipes, for at least the first week.
