Today the kids celebrated Valentine's Day at school and Morgan asked me to help in her class room. Boy did we have fun!!! The room mom had this game planned where you split into 2 teams and you are wearing a pair of mittens and you have to open a candy (we used little airheads) and eat it all gone then pass the mittens to the next team member and they open their piece of candy and so on. The cheering that the kids did for each other was incredible. They were chanting each others names and the best part the both teams finished at the exact same time. Then EVERYONE celebrated and I did not see a single student say we beat you or argue about the tie. I am so glad that Morgan is in such a great class this year and what a wonderful teacher she has.
